2. How We Use Your Data

- Platform management and analytics: To ensure smooth operation and monitor affiliate activity.
- Tracking affiliate performance: To calculate commissions accurately and assess the effectiveness of affiliate activities.
- Processing payments: To ensure affiliates receive their earnings promptly and securely.
- Marketing and promotional efforts: To send relevant updates, promotional content, and targeted offers based on activity and preferences.
Affiliates consent to the Platform’s use of data as described above. The Platform will not sell or share personal information with third parties without explicit consent. However, the Platform reserves the right to provide any data requested by legal authorities, including but not limited to courts of law or other government entities.
Affiliates may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time via email preferences or account settings.
3. Data Storage and Security
We currently do not use encryption for data storage. However, affiliates are encouraged to use secure systems to protect their accounts. The Platform may consider implementing encryption tools, such as Let’s Encrypt (a free SSL encryption solution), in the future to enhance data protection.
The Platform does not currently implement encryption protocols for data storage or transmission. We are actively reviewing the implementation of SSL/TLS encryption and database-level security in accordance with international best practices.
The Platform disclaims all liability for data breaches resulting from affiliates’ failure to use secure systems or unauthorized access caused by negligence.

4. Data Protection and Retention
- Data Protection: The Platform employs industry-standard practices to protect collected data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Data is stored on secure servers and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Data Retention: The Platform retains affiliate data as long as necessary to fulfill its purposes, including but not limited to compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcing agreements. Once data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
- Retention periods may vary depending on jurisdiction, but will not exceed 7 years unless legally required.
- Data Deletion Policy: Affiliates cannot request immediate deletion of data required for compliance, fraud investigations, or financial record-keeping. Requests for deletion may lead to forfeiture of the affiliate account and unpaid commissions.
- Affiliates may request deletion of personal data not required for compliance or financial record-keeping. Such requests may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
- Cookies: The Platform uses cookies to enhance user experience, track affiliate activity, and gather analytics data. Cookies are small text files stored on users’ devices that allow us to recognize returning users and optimize platform performance.
- Types of Cookies: The Platform uses both session cookies (deleted after closing the browser) and persistent cookies (remain on your device until deleted).
- Cookie Management: Affiliates can manage cookie preferences through their browser settings. However, disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.
- The Platform will implement a cookie banner or consent mechanism where legally required (e.g., in the EU under GDPR).
6. Age Restriction
Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older. The Platform strictly prohibits the registration or participation of individuals under the age of 18. The platform will not knowingly allow users under 18 years to register to this platform. Any accounts found violating this policy will be terminated immediately. Affiliates found assisting minors to bypass this restriction will face permanent bans and potential legal action.
The Platform may request age verification documentation where required to comply with youth data protection laws.
7. Compliance
The Platform reserves the right to comply with local, regional, or international regulations as deemed appropriate, including but not limited to data protection laws and financial reporting standards. Affiliates are expected to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.
Additionally, the Platform reserves the right to adopt and enforce a different Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Use to align with applicable laws, provided that such modifications do not contradict the selected local, regional, or international laws with which the Platform complies.
Failure to comply with legal requirements may result in account suspension, termination, and reporting to relevant authorities, including but not limited to local or international law enforcement agencies.
Affiliates will be notified of material changes to these policies through email or platform notifications.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
The Platform operates on reputable hosting services and collaborates with a highly professional IT support team. However, in the event of any loss of data—financial, transactional, or otherwise—the Platform holds no accountability, responsibility or liability. The Platform will not be responsible for compensating users for any financial or data losses incurred under any circumstances.
Additionally, the Platform shall not be held accountable for any technical failures, system errors, hosting failures, or any form of data corruption or service disruptions. The Platform does not warrant uninterrupted operation and disclaims responsibility for any business loss or damages arising from such incidents.
All disclaimers herein shall apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Purpose
The Platform is designed to facilitate affiliate marketing by enabling affiliates to earn commissions through affiliate codes that must be entered at the time of payment. The Platform does not guarantee earnings or affiliate success and disclaims liability for underperformance caused by affiliate actions or external factors.
The Platform is intended for use by individuals acting in a professional or business capacity, and not for personal or consumer use.
2. Approval or Rejection of Affiliate Applications
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole and absolute discretion. Affiliates have no legal recourse against the Platform for the rejection of an application.
3. Commissions
• Commission Payment: Commissions will be paid once a month. Affiliates must ensure their referred accounts remain active for a minimum of 31 days to qualify for commissions.
• Affiliate Code Requirement: Only transactions where the affiliate code has been successfully entered during the payment process of the affiliate clients will be considered for commission calculations. Any failed payment process or any transaction that does not include the affiliate code will not be counted towards the affiliate’s commission earnings.
• Restrictions: Affiliates cannot refer themselves and will not receive commissions for their own accounts. Payments will only be sent for completed transactions. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds are excluded from payouts.
• Commission Modification: The Platform reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
Any change in commission rates shall not affect commissions already earned before the change became effective.

Waiver of Claims: Affiliates waive the right to file complaints, legal actions, or claims for compensation due to lost commissions, system errors, or policy updates or any other type of claim that require the Platform a compensation for their losses by any means.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, affiliates waive the right to bring claims for losses related to system interruptions, commissions, or policy changes.
5. Coupon and Deal Sites
• Affiliates may not promote unauthorized coupons or deals. Misleading text, pop-ups, or unauthorized actions that set affiliate cookies without clear user intent are prohibited.
• Violations will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program.
• Marketing Compliance: Affiliates must comply with advertising laws and ethical marketing standards. No false claims, guarantees of earnings, use false endorsements or misleading promotions.
Affiliates must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides and similar laws applicable in their country of operation.
6. Termination
• Affiliates may be suspended or terminated for violations, including but not limited to those listed above or due to any other action considered illegal in any of the adopted laws by the Platform.
• The Platform reserves the exclusive right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, and without the obligation to provide justification for such action.
• Affiliates agree that termination of their account will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
• Affiliates waive the right to claim for any compensation for their termination or suspension. The Platform has the sole discretion to calculate any compensation for affiliates in any way the Platform deems appropriate.
Where possible, the Platform will notify affiliates of the cause for termination, unless prohibited by law or necessary for fraud prevention.
7. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and authorized agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the affiliate’s negligence, misrepresentation, or violation of this agreement.
8. Mandatory Arbitration
Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in the Platform’s preferred legal jurisdiction. Affiliates waive their right to class-action lawsuits.
The location and rules governing the arbitration process will be disclosed upon request.
9. Changes to Terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or posted on the affiliate dashboard.
Affiliate Agreement
1. Parties
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between [#######] (“the Platform”) and the individual or entity registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties and the responsibilities of each.
2. Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for promoting the Platform in a lawful and ethical manner. They must ensure that invitees correctly input their affiliate codes at checkout, as commissions will only be attributed when the code is successfully entered during the payment process. The Platform will not manually apply commission benefits if the code was not entered at the time of purchase. Additionally, affiliates are responsible for adhering to all Platform policies, regulations and terms & conditions of use.
Affiliates must also ensure that their promotional materials are compliant with applicable legal and advertising standards, including but not limited to truthful representation and required disclosures.
3. Payment Terms
Payments will be processed only for successful transactions where the affiliate code was correctly entered at checkout. Transactions that result in refunds, chargebacks, or payment failures are not eligible for commission payouts.
The Platform reserves the right to modify payment schedules at its discretion. Payments will be made via the selected method provided by the affiliate at the time of registration. The affiliate is solely responsible for maintaining accurate payment details.
Affiliates have no right to claim a different amount of their receivables. Once the Platform processes the payment, the Platform shall not justify the amount or its calculation, even if it differs from the amount displayed on the affiliate’s dashboard.
Finality of Payments: Once commissions are processed, payments are final. The Platform is not responsible for delays, losses, or fees from third-party payment processors.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct, and any loss due to incorrect payment details is solely their responsibility.
Affiliates may raise disputes regarding payments within 5 business days of receipt; thereafter, all payments are deemed accepted and final.
4. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all local, regional, and international laws related to marketing, advertising, and financial transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with data protection regulations, fair advertising laws, and anti-spam policies. Any affiliate found in violation of legal obligations will face immediate termination from the program, and will be held accountable for consequences, terminated affiliates will have no right to claim commissions.
Affiliates operating in the United States must follow FTC guidelines. Those targeting EU users must adhere to GDPR standards.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Fraudulent activities, including misrepresenting the Platform or fabricating transactions.
- Deceptive marketing tactics, such as false advertising or misleading claims.
- Spamming, including mass unsolicited emails or unauthorized promotional activities.
- Misrepresentation of the Platform, its services, or policies.
- Using unethical or illegal methods to drive traffic or generate referrals.
- Exploiting system loopholes or attempting to manipulate commission calculations.
Any affiliate found engaging in such activities will have their account terminated immediately, with commissions forfeited. Any affiliate found engaging in such activities will be held accountable for legal consequences.
Penalty System: Violations of prohibited activities may result in a final termination with commission forfeiture. Fraud results in immediate termination.
No Circumvention: Affiliates must not bypass tracking systems, create duplicate accounts, or manipulate commission structures. If detected, all commissions are forfeited, and legal action may be pursued.
The Platform may use traffic audits, referral logs, and analytics tools to investigate suspected violations.
6. Use of Intellectual Property
Affiliates may not use the Platform’s name, logo, trademarks, or copyrighted material without prior written approval from the Platform. Unauthorized use of the Platform’s intellectual property may result in legal action, account suspension, and immediate removal from the affiliate program.
If approval is granted, affiliates must adhere to branding guidelines and ensure that their promotional materials do not misrepresent or damage the Platform’s reputation.
Recovery of Damages: The Platform reserves the right to recover losses from affiliates engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or violations. This includes withholding commissions, legal claims, or seeking financial restitution.
Platform reserves the right to take legal action and seek financial compensation for any damages caused by fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited affiliate activities.
Any unpaid commissions will be forfeited, and the Platform may withhold further earnings or demand repayment if fraud is detected.
A copy of current branding guidelines will be made available upon request to approved affiliates.
7. Non-Transferability
Affiliate accounts are non-transferable. Affiliates may not sell, assign, or transfer their participation in the program to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate termination of the account.
Additionally, affiliates may not create multiple accounts or attempt to circumvent program restrictions by using different identities.
8. Relationship Between Parties
This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the Affiliate and the Platform. Affiliates operate as independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes, legal compliance, and financial obligations. Affiliates shall not present themselves as employees, representatives, or authorized agents of the Platform.
The Platform is not responsible for providing affiliates with employment benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, or legal protections beyond the scope of this Agreement.
All items and conditions in the Platform Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of use and are applicable to all Affiliates in addition to this agreement.
The Platform has the right to add any other conditions and other items to this agreement with or without notice in a way that the Platform deems appropriate.
The Platform reserves the right to comply with local, regional, or international regulations as deemed appropriate, including but not limited to data protection laws and financial reporting standards. Affiliates are expected to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as granting the affiliate authority to act on behalf of the Platform.
9. Non-Competence
Affiliates may not promote, advertise, or engage with competing affiliate programs while actively participating in this program. Violation results in termination, forfeiture of commissions and financial compensation to the Platform for the Platform’s losses.
The Platform defines competing programs as any third-party affiliate scheme offering similar products or services within the same market category.
10. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information received from the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Commission structures and payment details.
- Promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Affiliate tracking methods and proprietary software.
Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and may lead to legal action.
Confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect for two (2) years following termination of the affiliate account.
11. Changes to the Agreement
The Platform reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any changes.
Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any modifications made to this Agreement. If an affiliate disagrees with any changes, their sole remedy is to terminate their participation in the program.
All updates to the Agreement will be published on the affiliate dashboard or sent via email.
